Creative Movement for Kids (Ages 7-10) :: September – November 2026
This class is an expansion of movement and dance capacity for children aged 7-10 years old based in a playful approach to movement with opportunities to develop some more technical skills. Expect some specific training for improvisation and choreographic fluency while keeping the vibe of the room positive and encouraging. Parents and caregivers are welcome to wait in the boardroom during class.
Classes are Fridays from 5pm – 6pm :: September 11th – November 6th, 2026 (no class on October 23rd).
This class may be subbed by another teacher. We encourage pre-registration and early purchases of drop-in classes, so that if a class has to be cancelled for health or safety concerns, the teacher can let you know by email. If you are doing a last-minute drop-in class and want to be assured there is no unexpected last-minute cancellation, you can let the teacher know you plan to attend (robindavisdances@gmail.com). If we have to cancel a class, we will schedule a makeup class at the end of the series or will elongate the upcoming classes to make up the time. The series class pass is for the current session; we do not offer individual make-ups for absences through our series class pass. We pay our teachers and administrators $22/hr for their teaching time, prep work, and administration for this series.
